The Town of Vienna's athletic and synthetic turf fields are available for reservation through the parks and recreation department.

Both lit and unlit fields are available for use by Vienna-based sports organizations. Please contact the parks and recreation department at 703-255-6360 to see if you are an approved organized sports organization.

Permits are required for any organized sports association. All organizations and their members, including coaches and league officials, must be able to produce the permit upon request.

Application and policies

Application for Field Usage

• Applications will be processed in accordance with the Town’s field allocation policies.
• Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be returned to the applicant for completion.
• Applications received after the deadline will be considered in the order received and on a space-available basis.
• Please contact Fairfax County Athletics at 703-324-4600 or visit the Fairfax County Athletic Services and Community Use Scheduling Office to reserve Waters or Caffi Fields.

Field permits are issued only after applications are processed and approved and fees are paid. A submitted request does not constitute approval.

Permit applications are reviewed as they arrive. Conflicts in requests for use will be resolved at the discretion of the recreation program coordinator. Every effort will be made to avoid disruptions to existing user groups; however, modifications to the schedule may be made.

Application schedule

If a field reservation is for a camp, please contact the Town of Vienna’s camp coordinator at 703-255-6352. Do not fill out the Application for Field Usage form for a camp.

Reservations for fields at Fairfax County public schools, including Waters and Caffi fields, may be requested by contacting Fairfax County Athletic Services and Community Use Scheduling Office.
