Town of Vienna, VA
Home MenuParks, Fields & Trails
The Town of Vienna takes pride in keeping its parks, fields, and trails clean and safe for all to enjoy. Additionally, the Town’s parks and recreation department maintains streetscapes, public buildings, a community garden, trees, courts and other outdoor recreational facilities.
Many of the Town’s parks have trails, streams, and natural woodland areas to explore, with opportunities for walking, biking, running, and dog-walking.
The Town’s Park Guide provides information about each of Vienna’s 12 parks, including facilities and amenities located within each park. Visit the athletic fields webpage for more information on community use and permitting.
Park maintenance
Occasionally, some parks and facilities must be closed temporarily for routine maintenance. The Town strives to complete maintenance at times that minimize inconvenience for park users.
- We routinely check for missing screws, broken parts, and vandalism at playgrounds.
- Restrooms are inspected daily for cleanliness and supplies. Unfortunately, when large groups use the parks, restrooms can sometimes become disorderly very quickly. Restrooms are closed during winter months.
Report an Issue
Please help us keep our parks safe and clean by following all posted park rules. If you see any unsafe or unclean conditions, report them here or call the parks and recreation department at 703-255-6360.
We encourage park users to become advocates for our parks by disposing of all trash and recyclables in marked containers.
More parks
Along with the public parks owned and operated by the Town, Vienna residents can enjoy the W&OD Trail as well as Fairfax County parks.
