Please be aware that under Virginia law, the Town of Vienna may be immune from liability in certain situations (“sovereign immunity”). In other cases, when damages are caused by a force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, for example, the Town is not responsible; however, your personal insurance may provide coverage.
