Town Green events

If you’re interested in hosting a privately organized event on the Town Green, submit a Town Green Special Event Permit  to the parks and recreation department, along with a $25 nonrefundable fee. The Town Green is available for rental to nonprofits wishing to host a community event on a limited basis. Be aware, however, that as the Town Green is a public park, public access to the area remains available even when privately organized events are being held.

Picnic shelter rentals

Picnic shelters at several of the Town’s parks are available for rent. The maximum rental time for a picnic shelter is four hours (10 am-2 pm and 3-7 pm) and only two reservations are accepted per day.

Block party

Block parties are a wonderful way to get outside, mingle with neighbors, and have a good time with your family. Applying to host a block party is easy.

Road race

If you’re interested in hosting a road race, contact Capt. Patrick Kiley at 703-255-7835 for requirements and an application.

Vienna Community Center

Vienna Community Center spaces are available for rent when they’re not being used for recreation programs, classes, activities, and community events. Rented spaces may be used for birthday and other celebrations, reunions, meetings, or other approved events.
