This fun, free parade features floats, bands, costumed kids, and more!  The Vienna Halloween Parade is co-hosted by the Town of Vienna and the Vienna Business Association. The 2024 theme is ‘Party like its 1999.’ Our 2024 Parade Marshal is the Club Phoenix Teen Center, which was founded in 1999 and celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.
