The 2024 Liberty Amendments Multicultural Festival will close out the Commonwealth of Virginia's Liberty Amendment Month with an evening of performers, interactive activities, food, and vendors that celebrate the diverse cultures and communities represented across Northern Virginia and the DC Metro Area.
