The 2023 Liberty Amendments Multicultural Festival will close out the Commonwealth of Virginia's Liberty Amendment Month with a day-long bevy of performers, interactive activities, crafts, food, and vendors that celebrate the diverse cultures and communities represented across Northern Virginia and the DC Metro Area.
