This project will provide new sidewalk on Hillcrest Drive, SW, from Kingsley Road to the end of Hillcrest Drive, north of Meadow Lane. The approximate length of the project is 2800 feet. A separate sidewalk project is proposed on Ridge Road from Hillcrest Drive to Frederick Street
