This project will provide new sidewalk on the west side of Courthouse Road SW from Maple Avenue to Locust Street. The project will be built in two phases. The first phase will extend from Maple Avenue to the frontage of the residential development project. The second phase will extend from the residential development project to Locust Street. The first phase is approximately 500 feet with a portion to be built by the developer. The second phase is approximately 300 feet.
