Remove all traces of a GPS unit including cable, suction cup, unit, paperwork and suction cup residue. Make sure windows are rolled up all the way. Take valuables inside with you or lock them in the trunk. Document the serial numbers of electronics in case they are stolen. Keep document in your house. Report any unusual foot traffic or behaviors in your neighborhood. Quickly report all unusual sounds which occur at unusual times.
