Area Description

Vienna is a Town located within the northeastern portion of Fairfax County and is approximately 14 miles away from Washington, DC. It is well-connected to the surrounding Northern Virginia and Washington, DC area by highways and arterial roads, public transit and bike trails.

The Vienna Metrorail Station, an endpoint on the Orange Line, is located less than half a mile outside of the southern portion of the Town boundary. The Greensboro Metrorail Station, a stop on the recently completed Silver Line, is located one half mile from the northern tip of the Town. In addition there are multiple bus lines that run throughout the Town. Vienna is also located 9 miles away from Dulles International Airport and around 11 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
